Qul a'uudhi bi rabbin naas
Malikin naas
Ilaahin naas
Min sharril wawaasil khannas
Alladhee yuwaswisu fee suduurin naas
Minal Jinnati wa naas.

English Translation
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of An-Nas.
The King of An-Nas.
The God of An-Nas.
From the evil of the whisperer who withdraws.
Who whispers in the breasts of An-Nas.
Of Jinn and An-Nas.

Surah Falaq (The Daybreak): Holy Quran 113:1-5
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Qul 'a-'uuzu bi-Rabbil-Falaq
Min-sharri maa khalaq;
Wa min-sharri gaasiqin 'izaa waqab,
Wa min-sharrin Naffaasaati fil 'uqad
Wa min-sharri haasidin 'izaa hasad.
English Translation
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak
From the evil of that which He created;
From the evil of the darkness when it is intense,
And from the evil of malignant witchcraft,
And from the evil of the envier when he envieth.
Surah Ikhlas (Purity) Holy Qur'an 112:1-4
A'uzu billahi minashaitanir rajim
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Qul Hu-walaahu 'Ahad
'Allahus-Samad;
Lam yalid, wa lam yuulad;
Walam yakul-la-Huu kufuwan 'ahad.
English Translation
I seek refuge in Allah from the outcast Satan
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Say: He is Allah, the Monoreal!
Allah (the Monoreal) is Eternal.
The Monoreal does not take or give birth.
And there is none comparable to the Monoreal
